This Service is for Vacant Properties. It includes a Staged Living Space, Primary Bedroom and Primary Bath, Kitchen and One Eating Space ( Formal Dining or Kitchen Nook). Furniture included in this package is a Sofa, Cocktail Table, Accent Chair(s), Side Table(s), Bed, Nightstands, Dining Table and Chairs, Rug(s), Pictures and Home Decor Items. Contract is for a 60 day period, with option to extend. This Price is for home up to 2,500 sq ft. Additional fee is applied for homes over 2500 sq ft. *Additional rooms starts at $500 each *Rental fees applies after 60 day contract
